I bought a new heat pump from this company in November 2022 and they did an excellent job installing the heat pump. They had to carry a heavy heat pump up three flights of stairs and they were very careful not to damage anything in my house ( this was not an easy task lifting a heavy heat pump on stairs). They even covered my carpet to protect it. The Heat pump is working excellent in the extreme cold weather and I am happy and very warm in my house on these -35 degree Celsius nights! I live in a large condo complex and I always hear good compliments about their repair and service work. They have an honest reputation and they do good work. I give them a 10 out 10. A+++ service.
